Can I buy a canvas in a different size?
Yes, if you would like a canvas making up in a different size to those listed in the size options boxes, this can be arranged. Please contact me with the size you require.
Can I buy the canvas unmounted on a roll?
No problem , if you would like the canvas umounted on a roll then please contact me with the size you require, title of the canvas print and delivery address and I will email you back with a price.
What is Gallery Wrapping?
Gallery wrapping is the method used when stretching a canvas print so that it wraps around the sides of stretcher bars (frame).
All of the canvas art on didgi widgi is gallery wrapped on 1½" stretcher bars and has optional mirrored edges or black or white edges, the choice is yours. To complete this process the canvas is carefully tucked in and folded into each corner ensuring no unsightly edges can be seen. The canvas is then neatly secured to the back of the frame hiding all the fixings. Finally, stretcher wedges are placed into all four corners to ensure the canvas is wrapped as tight as possible over the stretcher bars.
What is a digital painting?
It is an art form whereby traditional painting techniques are used by means of a computer or a tablet and stylus using software.
What Materials Do You Use and Will My Print Last?
I use only the finest possible canvas, and museum quality stretcher bars for all of my canvas prints and this is complemented by HP Vivera Pigment based colour and lightfast inks, which are guaranteed fade resistant for a minimum of 200 years.
Each canvas is coated with a layer of varnish which helps prevent marking/scratching, your canvas then becomes waterproof so basically you can wipe the print with a cloth either dry or damp without fear of damaging it and it also provides an additional UV barrier protection.
Will the colours I see on screen be the same as the finished canvas?
I cannot guarantee this as individual monitor settings vary. A5 Swatches are available to buy to check the colour is to your liking. If there is a particular colour match you need please contact me for more information (you will need either a pantone or a colour swatch to post to me, please contact me for further details).
What kind of wood do you use for your stretcher bars?
I use 1½" Museum Quality Artists Stretcher Bars which are made of the finest quality kiln dried fir wood. Each stretcher bar has a rounded back edge which is designed to ensure that there can be no ghost impressions on the canvas.
Once I get my print, how do I hang it?
I supply hanging kits with all of my prints (unless premium stretcher bars are used, see below) and the unique design of the CWH Canvas Hanger incorporates a cut-out which allows the print to be hung on a standard 2 pin picture hook (also supplied). Using these hangers ensures that the finished print is 'pulled' flush to the wall and results in a very secure fixing with minimum fuss.
How do I hang artwork made from premium stretcher bars?
Artwork produced on premium stretcher bars will not have fittings supplied as they need to be hung properly using the strongest method possible depending n the wall type.
For example, if the wall type is brick or stone, then rawlplugs and screws are required. If the wall is plasterboard, then heavy duty anchors will be needed along with screws.
How long until I can expect my canvas to arrive?
Please allow 7 - 10 working days for your canvas art to be delivered. If you are not in, the courier will leave a card. If you receive a card please contact the courier company in the first instance. Deliveries can arrive at anytime between 9am - 5.30pm, so if you are not in during the day it may be easier to arrange the delivery to be made to your work address.

All deliveries are sent via Fedex or UPS (Royal Mail maybe used on occasions).Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to accept the goods, as a signature is normally required.
Didgi Widgi does not charge customs duties on International shipments or any destination outside of the EU. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by me nor are they the responsibility of Didgi Widgi.
Whilst I do not expect that there will be any additional charges attached to your order, I recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your on-line order with Didgi Widgi.
Terms and Conditions
If for ANY reason you are not 100% satisfied with your canvas art print then you can return all goods and receive a refund (except custom sized products not listed on my web site). Customers must contact Didgi Widgi by telephone or email within 7 days and be able to make the return within 14 days of receipt. Unless the goods are found to be faulty, an administration and handling charge of £15.00 per canvas panel will be made, in order to cover administration, re-stocking and the original delivery/handling of your order. This charge will be deducted from any refund due. Please note that the goods must be returned in their original unused condition and with all packaging intact.Returns will not be accepted for any non-faulty items (after 14 days) or items that have been used e.g. the hanging kit has been fitted. The cost of returning any items to Didgi Widgi is your responsibility. I strongly recommend any returns are sent via recorded postal delivery.
If the item ordered is not what you expected and an exchange is required, this can be provided but a delivery charge will be incurred. Customers must contact Didgi Widgi by telephone within 7 days and be able to make the return within 14 days of receipt. Please note the goods must be in their original condition and with all packaging intact, as I cannot exchange used goods e.g. the hanging kit has been fitted.A delivery charge will be incurred for sending out any new goods. Exchange policy does not apply to custom sized products not listed on the web site.Exchanged items will only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received complete and undergone a quality control check.
All items must be returned to me following the terms and conditions above before a refund or replacement is issued.Refunds to you will normally be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit/debit card excluding shipping charges and less an administration fee of £15.00 per canvas panel unless faulty . Please note that all international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
All products supplied by us will be free from material defects and be of a satisfactory quality.
We will replace any products that are damaged during transit and in the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, simply email us a digital photo of the damaged artwork and the surrounding packaging. This must be done within 48 hours from the date of delivery and emailed to (see contact page).
Your replacement request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know when your replacement is under production.
